This is another distance rate shipping plugin for WooCommerce that calculates distance using the Google Maps Distance Matrix Service API. This plugin displays the shipping rates in a table format and thus enables you to customize the table according to your preference. You can set maximum/minimum value and fixed/flexible surcharge for each shipping rate row.
